The founders of Butterflybodies, The Bodin team, believe that every product must be enjoyable as it is effective.  In addition, all products should be a convenience for the user.  That is why we offer a variety of products and brands that are portable, practical Go-Anywhere products.

::I have a question/concern about my order.  Who do I contact::

Any questions, comments or concerns should be directed to sales@butterflybodies.com  We will gladly respond to you within 24 hours.  If you have a question about an order you have already placed, please include your name, date or order, and order number.

::How Do I Pay For My Order::

We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards via Paypal, Postal money orders, Cashier Checks and Paypal. All orders must be paid in full and cleared before shipment. If you select to pay by cashier's check or money order, you will be provided with a mailing address to send your payment toward the end of your checkout.
 
We only accept Cashier checks/Money orders in US funds drawn on US banks. No personal checks or CODs are accepted.

For credit card orders, please be sure to provide your full name and credit card billing address (same address that appears on your credit card statement).  Any and all incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.  For your safetly and security, we require that you enter your card's verification number.  The verification number id a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card.  It appears after and to the right of your card number printed on the signature strip.

::Will I Be Charged Sales Tax::

On shipments shipped within the state of Louisiana we must charge 8% sales tax.

::Are all of your products in stock::

We strive to maintain a full inventory.  However, at times some products may be on backorder.  If this should occur, you will be contacted with an approximate time of restock.

::How do I receive samples of your products::

We will include free samples of our products with every order placed.  If you would like to  try a specific product before you buy, please email samples@butterflybodies.com and indicate what item you would like a sample of, along with your name and address, and we will send you a sample (if available).
 
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped via USPS or UPS within 48 hours of receipt.  Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.  Items shipped via 2-day air will be processed immediately for shipping and should arrive within 2 business days.  All orders requesting 2-day air shipping must be placed by 5pm (central time) to have the order shipped the same day.  If your order is placed after 5pm, it will ship the next day via UPS 2-day air.
