OUR RETURN POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please do so within 15 days of your order date. Your original receipt is required. All refunds are credited to the original pay method—No Cash Refunds.

PURCHASES ON SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL.  NO REFUNDS ARE EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE.

To Expedite Your Return:

1. Email returns@butterflybodies.com with your name, order number, date of order, and reason for return.
2. A return authorization number will be emailed to you within 48 hours (please write this number on the original receipt and include with your return).
3. Ship the item in its original condition and packaging along with your receipt.
4. Returns should be sent via secured mail so that packages can be tracked.
